NDABIBI CENTRAL PRIMARY SCHOOL

Situated in the Ndabibi area of Naivasha District not far from the shores of Lake Naivasha, Ndabibi Central Primary School caters for children from villages in the surrounding areas.

Developed and founded by the Amrit Foundation in conjunction with the local community, the school is jointly funded by the CDF (Central Constituency Fund) and World Vision. The school has five classrooms and currently has a roll of over two hundred and fifty students in all, ranging from classes one to five. The school has five teachers, two of whom are provided by the Ministry of Education. The Foundation provides clean drinking water every day for the school and to the local community living in the area comprising of about five hundred families. In addition the Foundation supports environmental awareness programs in the area supporting tree planting projects and education on better agricultural practices.
